This years contest was the biggest and best so far!  We had entries from staff, clients, schools, animal control, and several veterinary hospitals.  The judges had a difficult time deciding on the best overall entry, but once again, Stephanie Welch and family holds the title of the best of the best in the PET DUCT TAPE CONTEST!
